Go ye now in peace

Go ye now in peace
And know that the love of God will guide you.
Feel His presence here beside you
Showing you the way.

In your time of trouble,
When hurt and despair are there to grieve you,
Know that the Lord will never leave you.
He will bring you courage.

Know that the God who sent His Son
To die that you might live
Will never leave you lost and alone
In His beloved world.

Go ye now in peace.

Go ye now in peace.

Day 7 and Some Ballroom

I should be studying right now, but I got bored and decided to blog!
Day 7- A song that reminds you of a certain event
Lagoon. Haha check out this video. It's pretty great. I'm never going to look at the "scary" chainsaw guys in the same way. Them were good times. Hopefully we can go this year! :)

This past weekend, we had our Spring Ballroom Concert. It was lots of fun and really was a great show, but I realized something. There is a 79.43 percent chance that will be my last (ballroom) show. Which is sad. :( I really want to keep doing ballroom, but if it is going to be a waste of my time, there's no point. Bleh. Oh well. At least I've had some good times.

Day 6

Day 6- A song that reminds you of somewhere.
This song reminds me of St. George because of when we went on tour, and made this our theme song! (With different lyrics of course!) I don't really like this song but I'll always remember our lyrics:

I know a team, where the girls are so much hotter.
The boys are so fine, cuz they look like Harry Potter.

Sniffin' hairspray, while were trying to make a quick change.
Unzippin' while we run, or we won't make it to the stage *on time*

You could travel the world, but nothing comes close to the Tuacahn Show,
Once you travel with us, you'll be dancin' all night!

Timpview Ballroom Team is unforgettable
fishnets, makeup, costumes on top
Fake tanned skin so orange, will make you wanna puke.

Timpview Ballroom Team is undeniable
Perfect lines, we're gonna kick trash.
St. George represent, now put your hands up

Dixie Middle School, and Desert Coral Rehab Center
Tuacahn pre-show, tomorrow Zion's we will enter. (Except we never did. Whatevs.)

Tia and Marie and Whitney are all awesome coaches
Thanks for bringing us here, next lets go on a cruise. *hint hint hint hint*

Chorus!

Ohhhh yeah. That took Emily, Daniel, K Lani and I like an hour to come up with. I'll never think of that song in the same way ever again... :)

Day 5!

Day 5- A song that reminds you of someone.

This song reminds me of Kat Moulton. Oh man. Pretty much everything Harry Potter related reminds me of Kat. And I love her! And Harry Potter! And this video! All three make me happy! :)

Story time! Yesterday, I had an AP World History study "party."  It wasn't really a party because it ended up being only Kaela and I. Anyway, we learned multiple things:

  • Azan is a word.
  • Qi is a word.
  • We are going to fail the AP World Test.
  • Vis is a word.
  • Dor is a word.
  • French people eat babies for dessert apparently.
  • Gib is a word.
  • Banana Souffle is disgusting. (Even with Matt's sugarsalt)
  • Od is a word.
  • Bananas and iron tools can answer every question on the AP test. (Sort of.)
  • Vim is a word.
  • Et is a word.
  • You can create lots of puns from European desserts.
Sooooo, yeah. Peace. :D

Day 4, Plus Tour

Hey, I rhymed! ;)

The Song Challenge Day 4- A song that makes you sad.
Because of you by Kelly Clarkson

This is a pretty sad song. Yep.

I don't have very much time to say a lot. Thanks a lot, homework. Anyway, I just got back from tour and had an awesome time! It was a party and I'm so thankful for all of my ballroom buddies! Pictures below :)
Pretty much the best jumping picture ever.
Clinton and his boondoggle. Never let him take
pictures on your phone.
Yay for swimming!
In-N-Out is way better in California.

Up, down, and around.

Why did I get a blog? I really have nothing to say. But, I'm bored and I want to write about something so... I guess I'll write about my favorite thing. In the world. Kind of. ROLLER COASTERS! :D

Roller Coasters are the love of my life. No joke. No, I'm not talking about Lagoon Roller coasters. Those are all lame with the exception of Wicked, which is still lame compared to others outside of Utah. Here, let me share a few of my favorites. And yes, I've been on all of these.

Scream (Six Flags Magic Mountain, California) : Doesn't look like the best, but it's really fun.
Pictures here and here.

Magnum XL-200 (Cedar Point, Ohio): The first roller coaster to reach over 200 feet tall. Classic.
Pictures here and here.

El Toro (Six Flags Great Adventure): Third tallest and fastest wooden coaster in the world, and definitely my favorite wooden one.

Pictures here, here, and here.

Tatsu (Six Flags Magic Mountain, California): Japanese for "flying beast!" This roller coaster lifts you up in the air so you are like superman. Flying through the trees.

Pictures here, here, and here.

Dragon Challenge a.k.a Dueling Dragons (Islands of Adventure, Florida): Yes. I have been on the Harry Potter roller coasters. But, sadly, that was before it was Harry Potter themed :( But, still these are awesome roller coasters.

Pictures here, here, and here.

The Incredible Hulk (Island of Adventure, Florida): Huge roller coaster with lots of inversion (things that turn you upside down).

Pictures here, here, and here.

X2 (Six Flags Magic Mountain, California): Now, I'm sure you've been on the Samurai at Lagoon. The one where the seats twist. Now think of the same thing, but a roller coaster. Crazy. Look at the first two picture and tell me how you would like to drop at a 90 degree angle, backwards, looking at the ground. :)

Pictures here, here, and here.

Kingda Ka (Six Flags Great Adventure, New Jersey): How about the tallest and fastest roller coaster in the world? Sounds like fun right? Oh yeah. Just climb up 456 feet at 128 MPH in 10 seconds, and put a leaf blower in front of your face. That is pretty much the whole ride. Sort of.

Pictures here, here, and here. And check out this video.

Also check out Top Thrill Dragster, which is the same as Kingda Ka, just a little bit slower and a little bit shorter. Oh yeah, and you only have a lap bar, instead of restraints over you shoulder like Kingda Ka.

Now you might think Kinda Ka is my favorite because of how fast and tall it is........Right? Nope.

Millennium Force (Cedar Point, Ohio): I really don't know what to say about this one. It really is just amazing. Built right next to a lake, you get an awesome view, and a great ride.

Pictures here, here, here, and here.

Well, I feel like a roller coaster nerd now. Oh wait.... I am one. :)
